11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Beginner's Ikebana Class

Cost: $10 (includes flowers and greenery)

Begin your journey into Ikebana with this hands-on class, led by Jonin Sanyo Nancy Griggs, assisted by Cecilia Manouel (4th Grade). This session will guide you through creating Variation 1: Upright or Slanting Moribana, one of the essential styles in the Sogetsu curriculum. All materials are provided, making it easy for you to immerse yourself in the art of Japanese floral design.

Program to Follow:
Immediately after the beginner’s class, we invite you to join our Members’ Meeting and Workshop. Guests are welcome to participate in one meeting per year for free to experience the membership benefits. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with our community, learn more about Ikebana, and decide if you’d like to join as a member.
